Pasinaya 2012 was one of the events, where the artist performs and the art enthusiast show up to support the love for art, held in Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). It was an open house event. People were allowed to bring their cameras with them during the shows unlike the ordinary days in CCP you cannot use any device to photograph or video, unless you are the official photographer of CCP. So of course! Photographers usually abuse this event to take photos of the festival. 

The Claravall School of Dance was invited as always on the event. Here we go again, time to support my sister. They were assigned in the morning approximately 11am, their show will start. As always, we experienced chaos while falling line. We arrived early around 9am because of the call time of my sister. After a while, I and my mom were too early for the line, so we decided to eat first at CCP Canteen until the next line was available for The Claravall School of Dance show. Unfortunately, we arrived like 30 minutes before the show and the line was so long. The usherette told us that we were not allowed because the maximum of the theater was only 100 people and the line already reaches the capacity. My mom was angry; she told the usherette that the parents and guardian of the participant should be priority in the line. Well, she has a point and the line was really at chaos, many parents were complaining. With our ninja moves, we went to the front line because of the classmate of my sister’s dad was there and my mom knows him. Thank you for the kind heart plus the ninja moves.

Met our baby Bruno, is he so adorable? He is the newest added bundle of joy in our family. Someone gave him to us. One big thank you, I will call him “Daddy Long Legs” from now on. Hahaha We waited for the day he arrived. I can’t believe that we will have a dog in our house. He helps us to cease all the stress whenever we are home. 

Let me give some information about Bruno:

Name: Bruno

Age: 5 months (when he arrived he was just 3 months old) 

Hobbies: sleeping, eating, running, chewy our shoes!!! 

Tricks: fetch, sit, down, roll over (more to come in the following months) 

Toys: rubber bone, small teddy bear and ball 

Let’s go back to memory lane. Before when I was a child, I am not so close with any dogs unlike now. I don’t play with them because they kinda smell bad. But Bruno smells good because my mom always make sure he will take a bath every other three days. He is also groomed once a month plus complete with shots like anti-rabies, temperance, deworming, etc. He is so healthy little Shih Tzu. 

When I came back from work, he will jump excitedly. As if he really wants to see me. He likes to bite my shoes and sleepers. Huhu He loves tummy rub and he won’t stop wiggling his paws until you stop rubbing his tummy. He knows where to poop and pee. Mostly, He is so fluffy. I love hugging him tight. He is like our baby brother in our home. To those people who want a pet make sure to be responsible enough to take good care of them.

Valentine's Day is a day to celebrate love. Well, it is kinda overrated to have dates, flowers and chocolates from your love ones during this day. In my opinion, we can celebrate love everyday. No one is limiting us to do it and show it everyday. It will be nice if your love one is making you feel special every moment you are together. Love makes the world go round.

This Heart's day was just an ordinary Tuesday but I had an extra ordinary conversation on the phone and voice call with my beau. Although we have not seen each other for couple of days because he had an operation during first week of February, he is staying in his province for a faster recovery. I miss seeing him almost everyday.

Post Valentine's Day celebration, he gave me sweets. Chocolates! During the weekends I went to visit him. I will post another blog for it.  =)

We watched movies back to back. The first movie was "The Vow". The Second was "Unofficially Your", the movie of John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin. It was really hilarious, full of love and drama. All of the people was really laughing out loud especially us. It made me cry, laugh and kilig at the same time. Good job! 

Then, we sad farewell to my hunny and I will see him again for a couple of days. I pray for his recovery as always and I hope you do too. Thanks! :)

Every year my sister usually have a ballet show during summer and holidays. Of course! We're always there to watch her and support her ballet career. This time she danced with the Philippine Ballet Theater in Nutcracker at CCP (Cultural Center of the Philippines). It was so nice. I don't have photos inside the theater because it was prohibited but in the theater hall it was alright to take some photos with the cast and with the decors. hohoho Did I mention Santa Claus is also there? I can feel the spirit of the holidays.

After the show, we went to Kimono Ken at Bluewave, Macapagal Avenue. I ate a lot of Japanese food. I know, even if it's dinner time I ate like a queen not a pauper. hahaha Cani Salad, California Maki, Mango Shake, Beef something (forgot the name), Tempura and Miso soup were one of our usual orders on a Japanese Restos. I love eating. =)

My 21th Birthday was a success. Another good news was the gifts. My mom gave me money to buy a dress from any store I wanted for my celebration. I looked everywhere and the store that caught my attention was in FOREVER 21. Every time I am in any F21 store, I have this overwhelming feeling. I can't decide where to go. I dunno what to pick because I like every item they have. My final decision is I got the sailor red dress and the black laced jacket. I also received a red lipstick and lipstick base by Etude from my mom's friend. Thank you for the flowers and letter and for everything I have not mentioned! Thank you so much! It's all appreciated. Till my next birthday party! yey! 

Happy Birthday to me! I have been living on this world for twenty-one years now. It seems to be easy, fun and enchanting but every life has its own problems, difficulties and struggles. I am thankful I survived. Now, I am a year older and wiser. I learned a lot from the experiences I have encountered thru out the years. I am still young; I still do need to improve on myself and on my outlook in life. I will never stop thanking God for such a wonderful life. He made me to be a stronger and independent person. He let me realize how magnificent to live with His grace and glory. Without Him I am nothing. He is a true provider. I am blessed.

Mother's Day is a special day for all the mom, mama, mommy, moma, inay, nanay, momsy or whatever you call your mother, it is her day. This is a day to celebrate and acknowledge the presence of all mothers in the world. To thank them for carrying us for 9 months in their wombs, for all the sacrifices, for supporting us in our daily needs and just for making us a live here on earth is worth thanking for.  

This day, me and my mom went to Cavite to celebrate it with our family. My auntie slash godmother cooked some traditional Arabic and Filipino dishes. Yummm.. We ate, talked and played with my cousins or whatever we want we did. Mainly, we ate food almost every other hour. TAKAW mode. Sorry Guys. :))

Another catch in my entry, we were stranded for almost 2 to 3 hours in SM sucat because of the heavy rain and flood. GEZ! Hassle. Instead of going home and resting, we were bored and scared the same time. My mom used all the possible way to avoid the flood. She succeed while a fell asleep all the adventure she had. We don't want to happen this any more! BOO rain! BOO you! :|

Good Friday is the day when Jesus was crucified. For the commemoration of His death, Roman Catholics always have what you called "Prusisyon". It is when people mourn for his death, people walk as a sacrifice with the saints. 

Usually during prusisyon, I am with my grandmother but since last year she can't walk far enough because of her aching back or hips. *signs of old age* hehehe This year, I decided to contact my friends (since grade school) to join me. I texted them, some of them replied, I am thankful they're willing to accompany me thru out the night. Yey! one of the saint was owned by the family of my friend.

Every Holy Thursday, our family have started a tradition to go to different churches to pray the station of the cross until we complete it. It is usually called Visita Iglesia. This time we went far from our usual route. We headed to Tagaytay to Silang to Dasmarinas and to Gen. Trias, Cavite.

Visita Iglesia with my family was really an enjoyable activity. I am always looking forward for this every year. Not only a bonding moment with my family but also time to heal and rejuvenate our relationship with God our Almighty Father. It is a time to repent and be sorry for our sins.

My sister graduated grade school. She has an award, "BEST STAGE PERFORMER". She likes to join almost all the activities. Pabida! :)) Then, she also sang The Climb with her classmate during the graduation ceremony. Guess what? I did not recognized that it was her so I did not took a video of it. Sorry, my bad! :c After the graduation, we ate at Pancake House. Actually our first plan was in Hap Chan but my mom passed by and did not recognized it, I am very hungry so the nearest resto I saw was Pancake house. Then, we saw an artista. I know his first name is Jake but we can't remember his last name. Damn! his HOT! :))

We celebrated her birthday a day earlier. It's Eat-All-You-Can day! Woooh. Another cheat day, because I'm on a diet. Seriously, I'm on a diet. Believe me or not, it's really me on a diet expect for that day.hehehe We ate at Yakimix in Hobbies of Asia (Macapacal). For almost an hour, we waited. Yes, we're the first on the waiting list that is why we stayed. Many Koreans, Chinese and Japanese were also dinning in that place. The opening hours for Yakimix is 11am-2pm then they resume at 6pm-11pm. My mom, sister and I were on time, 6 o'clock to be exact we arrived. On the other hand,we just can't believe how fast people came in, we ended up on a waiting list but it's really worth the wait.

I was so full I can't even explain the feeling. Gluttony day for us. Too much of Japanese and Korean food. I think I won't eat for few months especially in a Japanese Restaurant. Until now I can feel the feeling of a bloated stomach, close to puking and hard to breathe. haha. TAKAW ko kasi. Well, no one can blame me. It's eat all you can resto so what should I do? Eat like a construction worker and taste all the cuisine. Yeah! the only way to enjoy food is to explore the goodness of taste that burst in our mouth. Happy Eating!
