Like the technology of photography itself, the practice of wedding photography has evolved and grown since the invention of the photographic art form. The wedding photography its an industry that evolved fast in the last 2 decades together with the digital and technological development.. The fact that it has become a whole industry has a positive impact on the photographers and on the clients. The competitive market of the wedding photography gives us the opportunity to get to chose the photographers we want, the style that fits us the best and even the cameras and the lights that can make us prettier. A good example of it could be the San Francisco Wedding Photography market. It offers distinct services, prices and styles.

Nowadays, we are all used to see high quality wedding pictures with some different themes and with stunning backgrounds, but it wasn’t the same ten years ago.

Even if the industry is changing constantly, there is something that stays the same, it is the love that brings people together and gives them the ruling passion to organize a celebration of hearts and feelings. So this event, now with all the technology can be captured and transformed into digital characters or framed pictures. Those megapixels have the capacity of caring a lot of fire and love. If you want to jump with the parachute and with your wedding dress on it’s okay, because today even the craziest parachute jump can be transfigured into an image. That image would be the forever win over the world for you. Pictures in water, oceans and pools are not a problem anymore for the cameras. There are more and more couples getting married every day that tend to do something different and they do have the opportunity to do so. Isn’t this one of the coolest things you can show to your kids and grand kids? High resolution photos from the top of Everest, or in the middle of Sahara of you and your hubby when getting married, of course only if you could and want to do so, or the typical wedding portrait but in this awesome high quality. People do realize how big is to have memories and the wedding photos are pure memories that were once our best moments. Because it all goes so fast and the time passes, we are always trying to leave something behind us. Everything else is going to be forgotten, eventually remembered only through our photographs. The wedding is the event that counts the most in our paper photo albums and Facebook albums, once we get married, we tend to give it some kind of special place when it comes to organizing the wedding.

A memory of a great evening that celebrates two people becoming a family it’s definitely a priority when it comes to what we have to remember in the first place, when it all come to an end. Life is short, we have to live it up and keep the best moments alive.
Misery and desperation are deeply etched on the faces of the millions of victims of super typhoon Yolanda, not knowing where to get their next meal or how to rebuild their broken homes and lives and how to cope with the loss of their loved ones. Chaos is widespread as the citizenry have nowhere to go for basic services: there is no electricity, no water services, no communications and worse no local government service to speak of. The typhoon victims have to literally fend for themselves.

Goods.ph in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross, is undertaking a charitable cause that offers RELIEF GOODS PACKAGE for the typhoon victims that one can avail for donation purposes. We are encouraging our customers to avail our special RELIEF GOODS PACKAGE from our site to enable them to donate to the typhoon victims online. You can also donate even a single bottled water, this is in align with our motto that everyone can help even in their own little ways. For fair distribution, we will be forwarding these items to the office of Red Cross.

Aside from the RELIEF GOODS PACKAGE that you will buy to donate to typhoon victim, Goods.ph will also give an amount of 30 pesos for every donation package bought by our customers to proceed to Red Cross Philippines. In hindsight, this is only the tip of the iceberg! It will take months if not years to rebuild a province literally wiped out from the face of the earth. After this transition, the harder part of constructing homes and infrastructure will be the next phase. This will surely take years to accomplish not to mention a staggering budget!

The litmus test for the survivors and Filipinos in general is how well they will cope with the situation since it will take years to recover from typhoon Yolanda.

Photographer has a lot of advantages when taking pictures of a city. After all, there are thousands of houses, trees and people, situations, feelings, collisions which you can use for the creation of your masterpieces. Going out to a spacious street and looking around at the sides, you can always find a detail that others failed not notice. Every house, shot from a certain angle, can become a unique, marvelous work of art, every car, standing on an unusual side or having an stupendous color, will stand out among the other, each tree on the background of a skyscraper turns into a majestic silhouette, a beautiful creation of nature. All these things will arise before you like the sun in the East, only if you will be patient and thoughtful enough to see them. Some think that making photos of the city is simple, because the city stands still, there is no need to catch its every glance or a sparkle in its eyes, but it is a delusion. A city, such as New York, for example, is incredible hard to catch on tape, while presented every shadow of a crowdie street, every face of every stranger, the composition and the rhythm – each of these nuances completes the portrait of the city, which trembles and changes every moment.

The best time to shoot for a New York Photographer is early in the morning. When the people, its blood, are not yet flowing down its vein, the streets, the city appears to be peaceful and tranquil. It is the only time, when you can sense the breath of the city itself, as it is, not overflowed by the crowds hungry for emotion, attention, miracles. In the morning you can take advantage of the services of the benevolent nature, which is capable of creating beauty as no man will ever try. The bright, gleaming dew on the leaves of the trees will twinkle and shine with millions of tiny sparks in your photos. The gentle morning sun will illuminate the empty streets of the sleepless city, filling its air with weightless, invisible life energy, awakening New York to another day.

Since there are few cars on the road, you can, for example, photograph the center line on the background of a beautiful fountain or a lone car, lost in the web of urban roads. In general, in the morning in almost no traffic, which helps to concentrate and find the right place for making a masterpiece.

New York views at night are no less beautiful. Especially when the ardent sun hides behind the horizon, but its rays still shine over the skyline of the exhausted city. It can be used as a background or even the central object of the photo, depending on the topic and the character of the work. It is obvious, that the evening light is not enough for a nice and bright picture, so it deprives you of many opportunities in accenting the details or embracing a large panorama. Instead, it gives you unique silhouettes, radiant atmosphere and strikingly beautiful light.

At night the city ceases to look familiar. At night, the conventional solar lighting is replaced by the spotlights and flashlights, and they give off an urban way out of the darkness night.

Broken by the artificial light, the night hides and sneaks in the corners, in the shadows, in the dark doorways, in the tired eyes of the people passing by, in the dark windows of cars, in the faceless glass spaces of the city. This harmony between insane relentless modernity and original, imperishable darkness the camera is able to grasp. The game of the weak light and all-consuming darkness gives unique effects which create such sentiments in the photo which no artificial filter is able to give.

In general, the city is incomprehensibly difficult to photograph correctly. Especially difficult to photograph New York, which continually changes, lives and moves in some exclusive, elusive, perfect pace. It never slows down, never stops even for a moment, so to look into its face is unbearably difficult. This unbearably difficult step can be taken with the help of the photography. It catches the slightest expression, a glare, the spikes, not only slowing down, but stopping the continuous rhythm of the sleepless city for a fraction of a second, making it possible to understand its dark, bright, beautiful, bottomless, endless, diverse soul.

Hello! I am sorry. I am neglecting my blog for a while. It is because of the title of my #OOTD. . . DEADLINES. I don’t know how I will finish everything. Sometimes, I feel like Cinderella doing all the chores and my wicked step sister is having all the fun and attending the lavish parties. But the sad part of the story is, I don’t have a fairy godmother to help me with the magic. Anyways, I will just look at the bright side of the story which is the happy ending. I hope it will happen in my reality. Dang!

I promise once I have finished these things. I will be a full bloom blogger again. Yung Bohol adventure ko nga hindi ko pa napost, gumuho na nga un mga tourist spots, hindi ko pa din na share dito. It breaks my heart whenever I will hear news about Bohol. Super sad talaga, =(

An office party can go one of two ways. It can either be a massive hit or, alternatively, completely cringeworthy, resulting in one of your co-workers (hopefully not you) collapsing in a drunken heap and having to deal with the consequences once they have recovered from their unnecessary hangover.

It depends on the environment in which you work in – if you’re all likeminded individuals, the Christmas party can be immensely successful and a perfect chance for you all to let your hair down and celebrate the festivities. There are several ways in which you can survive the party though, making sure that you can leave with your head held high, safe in the knowledge that you haven’t done anything to be ashamed of!

Dress up

Make a little effort, even if it is just a party where you work every day. Pick up a stylish party dress from George or accessorise an outfit to the max so that you stand out. People will see that you have made an effort and will respect you for that. After all, it’s Christmas – why shouldn’t you don your party dress to enjoy the festivities?

Control your drinks

Even if your Christmas party is at a venue with an open bar, don’t go overboard! Bad things can happen when you drink too much – don’t let it happen when your boss or MD is there! Stick to a couple of cocktails and leave it at that – or choose a virgin cocktail and people will think you’re knocking them back, when you’re not! Don’t pull a sickie

So many people will be tempted to call in sick if one too many drinks have been enjoyed but if you have attended a mid-week party, don’t make that call. Even if you have to drink copious amounts of coffee and take a couple of painkillers, make sure that you at least show up.

Go alone

While your invitation may mean that you could take along your other half or another guest, the great thing about office parties is that they give you a chance to mingle with your co-workers and enjoy their company away from the office desk. If you take along your spouse, you’ll be tempted to spend the evening with them, giving you less chance to really enjoy the opportunity.

Don’t talk about work

Talk to people about their hobbies, pastimes and what they’ve been getting up to. If you have a similar taste in films or music, strike a conversation about that so that people know there’s more to life than what goes on in the office. If you’re a parent, a conversation about children is easily done but make sure that the chat isn’t one-sided. Ask plenty of questions, be interested and get to know those co-workers that you don’t usually talk to. Make sure that you keep the balance between enjoying yourself and being sensible – after all, you have to work with these people! The last thing you want is to be the subject of those post-party whispers.

If you’re new to Pandora and recently received, or purchased, your very first bangle bracelet or barrel clasp, with an extensive catalogue of 600 sterling silver, 14k gold and two tone charms, it is understandable to be lost from there on. The best thing to know is that these bracelets are not as fragile as they appear, and can actually hold between 17 and 20 charms, so there’s no need to make difficult decisions when choosing your charms!

The Bestsellers

Pavé Charms

The pavé charms are a very popular collection from the Pandora jewellery selection. It means the stones in the charm are put very closely together with lots of small stones. Pandora usually use light clear stones such as the Pink Pavé Light which look feminine or darker tones such as the Blue Pavé Lights or Red Pavé for bolder statements. The colour from these pieces is always dazzling. The best part about the pavé charms is you can use them with any other collections to mix up your bracelet, or even lots together to create a sparkle.

Heart Charms

Hearts have always been used in jewellery, and Pandora uses them within plenty of different themes, including the Pavé and Murano as well. The pavés have their own heart shaped theme, one even being a Triple Heart design. In particular the heart shaped Red Pavé Heart Charm uses red cubic zirconia which sparkles against the sterling silver of the charm. Heart designs are very fashionable at the moment and the category to find them is Love, although they can be gifted for many other reasons. The pendants set off the colours in a similar way to the pavés but are smaller hearts and dangle; they can include black crystal and clear or red cubic zirconia.

Murano Beads

These are Italian circular glass beads that use colours in a similar way to the pavés; for the dainty or for the fierce statement. The charm is made from sterling silver and glass which means the light, reflects from the charm and therefore mixes with the other pieces on your bracelet. It is always suggested to go for colours with the Murano beads, and there are plenty to choose from, including this Autumn’s new Green Faceted Murano Charm which is perfect for this season. They are exceptional if you want to create a colour coded bracelet where you choose your gems and Murano in sync with one another.

Once you have filled your bracelet with your chosen charms there maybe left over space that is not quite big enough to fill with another charm. This is the reason to use spacers. There are two types of sizes although they are usually around 1/3 of the size of a normal charm, and are still beautifully designed so they compliment the bracelet. They are also useful if you have many dangles, to stop them clashing against each other.

Whether you decide to choose a few charms on your bracelet or completely fill it, there are plenty of genuine gemstones or colourful combinations to be made from the extensive catalogue.

Most of these days, it’s easy to detect what’s in and what’s hot in the market. Just by logging in to our social medias, surfing the internet and checking out the trending subjects, you will surely know what to buy, when to party, where to eat or how to do certain stuffs. In our world today, we have the easiest access to the information we needed. How lucky we are to have what we called the internet. Searching ideas, reading news, blogging, checking our emails can surely take our time when we are online. Not only that, it also influences us on our daily lives. For example, I am looking for a new restaurant to try. Which online resources I usually refer and influence my decision?

In my case, I have a list…

No.1 – Social Media

If people are tweeting and sharing non-stop, they keep on raving something good about this restaurant, I will surely check on it. There are times, you just want to be in and be one of the cool dudes who went there first. Another scenario is if my favorite celebrity has visited a certain place and recommends it by sharing a photo on Instagram or facebook or a tweet pic. I will visit it too.

No. 2 – Blog reviews

Just like any blogger, your opinion matters. That’s why before I go to a certain place I check on my foodie bloggers for their ratings about the food of the new restaurant. If they gave 5 stars out of 5, I will hurriedly be going there, as fast as a lighting thief. As a blogger too, I want my reviews to be honest and detailed so I could help other people and my readers to know the facts and my opinion as well. Let our voices be heard.

No. 3 – Mobile Apps

Trustworthy apps just like looloo and trip advisor are one of mobile application that I truly rely on. Their recommendations are a must. I never gave them a doubt. They help us discover the hidden paradise of a foodie.

In short, I check on social media sites, then google about the new restaurant, click on the reviews either on a blog or on the mobile app. If I am convinced, time for a scrumptious meal. Yey!

Outback Steakhouse is an Australian themed restaurant (according to their site). Their main dishes are beef and steak but they also offer chicken, ribs, seafood, salads, desserts and pasta dishes. The place was cozy and they have attentive personnel. For this meal, we ordered grilled pork chop and baby back ribs while waiting they served us a bread and butter for free.

Baby Back Ribs - These fall-off-the-bone ribs are exactly the way ribs should be! Succulent and saucy, each rack is smoked, grilled to perfection and brushed in a tangy BBQ sauce. Served with Aussie Fries. (Munchpunch.com)

Grilled Pork Chop - A center cut, seasoned pork chop served with Aussie fries (Munchpunch.com)

The Verdict:

Both have an amazing taste. They have large servings and Aussie fries. Baby back ribs were so tender that it can be easily removed on its bone. It has a hint of sweetness. You don’t need to order rice to feel your stomach is full unless you have a metabolism of a hungry anaconda that could eat a whole cow. If yes, order extra rice. For me, the grilled pork chop was much tastier. Even though I ordered the baby back ribs, I want to still those grilled pork chop to my beau after tasting it. Damn! It was delicious!

Grilled pork chop for the win!
Place = 4
Serving = 5
Taste = 5
Overall = 4.6

The IOS 7 is the latest operating system by Apple for iphone, ipad, and ipod. Of couse! I joined the bandwagon and I hurriedly updated my software on my ipad mini.

After 3 hours of waiting, well, am I impressed with it? I guess, my first reaction is, “this is it??” The icons just got flat and it became more like an android. As an android user for quite a while I can pin point every detail that is very android-ish. When everyone’s feeling wonderful or excited, for me I am a little bit disappointed. For the reason, I am not against or what-so-ever with Apple however, maybe I expected too much change or innovation from them.

Let me give you a tour on IOS7. Ready? Go!

The screenlock. - I changed it with the new wallpaper. It moves.

The passcode - with the different keypad.

Look at my home. So hipters, I love galaxy that's why I have chosen this wallpaper. I think this is the first wallpaper you will encounter.hahaha I have no time to browse. I am instantly fell in love with it.

The icons has a brand new design. It became more colorful and flat. No more 3D icons for IOS 7.

The new notification - you can check the weather update, your schedules, activities from your app and a lot more. It is located on the same place. From the top then swipe down.

The new folder - it is unlimited apps in a folder, but I want it when I can see all the apps in one viewing though. The 10th app will be placed on the next page of the folder, just swipe it to the left.

The taskbar - you can view all the open apps by swiping to the left then, swipe to the top to kill the task or the app.

The new Siri - it has a larger view of the results of your conversation. It has an improved commands too. I tried it, when I was bored, I also tried to have a nice conversation with Siri. It was fun, nosebleed lang ng slight and medyo bingi si Siri paulit ulit ako para magets nya. hohohoho

The photos - you can view it by year, month, album or by location. (I saw this first on android) It's organized. You know me, everything with organizing things is a plus points.

Even Safari has a  new layout but I rather use Google Chrome, it's much faster. hihi

Camera - New HDR setting plus the square set-up. Well, I like the square thingy for IG. I am a sucker for taking photos and posting it on IG. No more cropping photos for me.

Updating application - Very android. I have nothing to say.

I found an error, look at the calendar when it's on vertical mode.
The year of the calendar was not shown properly. It is incomplete.

How about you? Any thought/s or suggestion on the New IOS 7? Share your comments below.

Drumroll please! It’s another #OOTD post from me. I am sure I am back on track on my blogging. I can’t wait for December. I love Christmas, gift giving, holidays and cold weather. Ber months are always happy months for me. It makes me smile to hear Christmas carols, bright lights from every corner of the town, cold breeze of the air, Santa Claus everywhere and gifts under the tall Christmas trees. I can feel the love in the air. I am such a sucker for Christmas.

Anyways, have I shared to you that I won a contest from Kolours? I was one of the 20 lucky winners to receive a Kolour’s hair color package. I haven’t claimed it yet but I will inform you once I have claimed it before October 31, 2013. I have no choice but to take a leave from work because I can only claim it during office hours and on weekdays. Time to reinvent myself. New color! Weee!

For today’s #OOTD, I have worn a denim polo, tribal leggings, a pair of pointed flats and a colorful spikes necklace.
