Summer is here. Can you feel the heat? Yes, I am feeling it. That’s why I wore shorts in my outfit post. I like to be comfortable in my clothes especially during the hot days. I am most of the time irritated if I am not in the right comfortable clothes. I prefer wearing clothes made of 100% cotton for an easy breezy day for me.

After the long wait, finally a package arrived from China. When I opened it I got trilled to saw this wonderful necklace from THBoxes.com. The image I saw on the internet totally looks the same on the actual product and the design is marvelous. I love how romantic it looks like. I can wear it on a dress. The Rooftop Prince is one of the Korean Novelas I have enjoyed watching for the couple of weeks now. Finally, I am done watching it. Let me be the spoiler for the people who haven’t watch this yet. Hahaha So hang-on tight, this will be a post full of secrets revealed. Haha 

Here it goes, Lee-Gak, the prince from the past, landed on Park Ha’s rooftop apartment. That is why it was entitled Rooftop Prince. Lee-Gak lost his Crowed Princess and started to investigate with the three guys from the past. Then, suddenly out of nowhere they were transported to Park-Ha’s rooftop in the present times. The story evolved between finding the reason why Lee-Gak was in the future to further investigate in the Crowned Princess death. Blah blah blah. Afterwards, Se na the evil step sister of Park Ha was one of the most hated in the story. I really despised her. They plotted bad things to destroy Lee-Gak and Park Ha. But in the end, they fought until the end. Lee-Gak and Park Ha fell in love with each other. But after they got married in the end, Lee-Gak went back to the past and solved the murder case of the crowned princess.

The truth behind the mystery was Bu-Yong (the past character of Park Ha) was the one who died not the princess. Bu-yong saved Lee-Gak from the poison food, she ate everything. Then, she wore the princess’ clothes and her sister ran to save her own life from plotting the Prince’s death so the half-brother of the Prince could rein the land. The evil plans never succeed and the people behind it were sentence to death. The end. 

I recommend this KNovela because it is funny and romantic at the same time. The story isn’t predictable. I appreciate more the stories that I can’t predict. Sena the sister of Park Ha was really irritating and her antagonist role was so perfect for her because she really did a good job for being so bad. For the protagonist, the love team made me kilig. So kilig.

They also have an art gallery in the hotel. Unfortunately, I haven’t visited it during our stay. One night is not enough to enjoy the amenities in this hotel. They have friendly staffs that are willing to help you anytime. 

We stayed at “The Picasso Loft” according to their site:

Wow! When I read it, I felt we were so lucky to have the Loft for 50% off. Hahaha Thank you for my skills to convince my friends to avail the promo and to my researching skills. Oh gad! I was a little bit stressed when to booked the date of the event because of our different schedules in our work. Event organizing is really stressful career I can say! Lol

If I will rate them out of 10 I will give them 9 because everything was perfect except for the breakfast. Our accommodation have an inclusive two (2) free breakfast, me and the birthday girl was the one who availed it. Hehehe The food was good. It was a buffet but I don’t know why the bacon and other choices in the menu isn’t eat-all-you-can. No unli bacon for me. Hehehe But overall everything was good.

During the last week of January, we celebrated our Christmas Party. Just like last year click here if you can’t remember or haven’t read it before. It is odd to post a Christmas Party event in my blog during March? Hehehe As usual, late. But hey, as I was said before I have work that's why I am a little late when it comes to uploading photos in the internet world. Hihi Sometimes I don’t have much time to blog it at home because my sister is using my lappy. However, I am going my best to update my blog when it comes to my personal life.

Enough with the excuses, this time we celebrated our Christmas Party at Hampton’s. Char! Gossip girl? Nyhahaha I mean, we celebrated at The Picasso Hotel at Makati City. I bought the deal from Deal Grocer for almost 50% off. Woot! Take note it was the Loft. Not your ordinary room I can say. So we partied with style. It was a tiring yet fun experience.

The first agenda was to check-in in the hotel. I experience a problem though; I forgot to bring the voucher. Oh oh! But the receptionist was so kind, he told me to just email it to them. Thank goodness they have internet connection everywhere and they have two computers to use. Afterwards, we were assigned on the 8th floor. Then, ta-da! The room was amazing. I will post a separate entry of it. 

The party started late at night, just chillin and catching up with my gal friends. Oh how I missed their company, the non-stop laughter and the stories. I am little sad because one of our friends can’t come with us because of some family matters. I am hoping next time, she will be celebrating with us again.

After eating we decided to went to Rue Bourbon, we had a few drinks. Oh how I love the taste of

their beer. It tastes like caramel. We just waited for the 12 midnight to strike so we could sing

a birthday song for the celebrate. We had free shots courtesy of Rue Bourbon! Thank you! 

My friend Therese was surprised when she heard a birthday song played in the whole place. Sikat! lol

Plus a cheese cake and a candle for the birthday girl to blow and make a wish.
