Happy new year to everyone! I am excited for this new year, new me. Lelz The cliché phrase of everyone when new year is coming. I might be late posting a new year greeting but it is okay. Let’s just say I am fashionable late.

In a snap of a finger, it is already 2022. It still feels like 2020. The pandemic is going strong. The mother-father covid is still in our air and keeps on swirling and mingling to another virus. They keep on mutating and spreading all over the world. WOW! And if you are a marvel fan, let us call the TVA and tell them to kill all the covid variants. They should not be roaming around. Preserve the timeline please. (Watch LOKI series for reference hihi)

Since the pandemic, I learned a lot of lessons and I want to share them with you:

• First, life is short. Life should not be boring, let us live a fantastic life.
• Love yourself and it will radiate to the people around you.
• Make memories with your family. Value them, show your love.
• Stay grounded and humble.
• Never stop learning. Always have time for a hobby.
• It is okay to feel sad, alone and angry sometimes. You are human, you are validated.
• God is good. He always provides and protect. Don’t forget to pray.
• Life is too precious to hold a grudge on someone. Always forgive.
• Play with your kids, they grow so fast. Show them a wonderful childhood so you will always be in their hearts.
• Never forget to say, ‘I love you’ to your family.

It's Safe

A low crime rate is among the most important factors for families, knowing that the kids will be safe playing outside and you can feel comfortable in your home. St. Albert is exceptional in that it has Alberta's lowest crime severity rate as of the latest figures and both non-violent and violent crimes are around 11 percent below the Canadian average. Plus emergency services are readily accessible.

Great Schools

St. Albert has some of the highest rated schools in Alberta too. There are three school districts and students consistently rank above average in the province on standardized tests, regularly qualifying for scholarships. There are academic programs like Integrated Digital Technology, Learn through the Arts, Cogito, Sports Academies and more.

Outstanding Healthcare

One of Edmonton's only bedroom communities to have its own hospital, the Sturgeon Community Hospital provides pediatric care, cardiac care, rehab, women's health, emergency services, surgery, and more. Plus there are many doctors who provide general family medicine services along with specialized care.

Community

There are many ways to feel like you're part of the community when you move to St. Albert, including opportunities to get to know your neighbors. In fact, annual block parties are a tradition here, with more than 150 typically held in any given year. Often hosted during the summer, they provide the perfect way to make the most of a warm evening, enjoying food and fun while meeting and mingling with those in the community.

Lately, my little girl started to like to play games in our gadgets. She loves and enjoys playing. Funny thing is sometimes she pretend to play even she is just watching a video of a game. My poor little girl she swipes up and down and thinks, she is really the one playing it. How cute! Haha Good thing is I found a website with thousands of free games. It can be played using the browser. Amazing! And take note, all of the games are free from different categories like arcade, sports, educational, retro pixel, simulation games and many more. Unlike the games on mobile app in IOS or Android, most of the time the first 2 or 3 levels are free then, we need full version to enjoy the other levels of the games. How sad was that, right? Especially to educational games, they are asking for money for the full version. I would like to introduce to you, the website I have discovered. It is Plays.org.

Few years ago, blogging has a different platform. It is mostly personal and sharing emotions through writing. Some of the bloggers usually don’t post photos. While some have secret identities in their blogs. I was one of those people who post random things in the internet. Brands are not yet a thing before.

From being a lost teenager on the internet, I find solidarity in blogging. It also helps me earn some extra income. I hope I was able to help the future influencer in you. ;)
